Each brick is designed to be enough for one head of mid-length to long hair, so short crops will need less, and very long hair will need more.
Henna natural hair dye is best applied with a bit of help from a friend, especially if you are changing colour more dramatically but you can do it yourself - just allow extra time. You can now simply snap your henna segments by hand and melt your henna in minutes, making for easier preparation. Don't forget to do a strand test first to make sure you are happy with the result.
Our Rouge henna red hair dye is also an essential base shade if you want to apply Brun, Marron or Noir to blonde, fair or twinkly grey hair. Simply apply Rouge first following the How To Use instructions and once your hair is dry, apply your chosen shade.
Keep your henna brick in its paper wrap in a cool, dry place, ready for when you use it. Henna bricks are best used fresh. Put any leftover henna that has been prepared with water in your compost.
