About Us:   the LUSH story so far .... 


LUSH was established at a small shop on the south coast of the UK over 20 years ago, and now operates globally through about 950 stores in 50 countries.  LUSH’s dynamic success is driven by its creative originality, strong ethics, a love of natural aromatic ingredients, and exciting colourful designs.  LUSH operates a strict policy against animal testing whilst leading the international cosmetic industry in reducing excess packaging with products that can be sold ‘naked’ to its customers, as well as using recycled pots and bottles which respect the environment.  LUSH’s freshness policy for its products is legendary. 

LUSH is proud to have invented and pioneered fizzing Bath Bombs, alternative Toothy Tabs, solid Shampoo Bars, quivering Shower Jellies, enticing Lotions, Fresh Face Masks, and many other unusual products. 

LUSH Thailand’s first store enthralled Bangkok’s healthy, fashion-conscious, and stylish community at its grand opening in December 2016. Since then, it has launched its own official website, started its own local Fresh Face Mask production, and has opened more stores in Bangkok, Phuket, Pattaya and Chiang Mai. 

The website puts its exotic range of fragrant products within easy reach of customers by express delivery throughout Thailand, and also with online exclusives, not available through its stores. To support the online market, LUSH has also launched an official LINE store for Thai customers. 

LUSH’s exotic range of perfumes and body sprays offer an exclusive range of fragrances, and recent ranges of Vegan make-up and Hair Care products further broaden LUSH’s selection of fresh handmade cosmetics.


LUSH has been fighting against animal testing since before we opened our first shop, and the fight continues today. We test products on humans and promote, fund and use human biology relevant testing methods which are entirely animal and animal-product free

We Believe ...

in making effective products from fresh, organic* fruit and vegetables, the finest essential oils and safe synthetics.

We believe in buying ingredients only from companies that do not commission tests on animals and in testing our products on humans.

We invent our own products and fragrances. We make them fresh by hand using little or no preservative or packaging, using only vegetarian ingredients, and tell you when they were made.

We believe in happy people making happy soap, putting our faces on our products and making our mums proud.

We believe in long candlelit baths, sharing showers, massage, filling the world with perfume, and in the right to make mistakes, lose everything and start again.

We believe that all people should enjoy freedom of movement across the world.

We believe our products are good value, that we should make a profit and that the customer is always right.
